About Me
Anthony Fazio, Indexer
I am a graduate of the UC Berkeley Indexing course, and have started my own freelance indexing business. I have received a bachelor’s degree with honors in English Writing with a minor in religious studies, and a second minor in philosophy from the University of Colorado at Denver.
I am a member of the American Society of Indexers, ASI's History/Archaeology Special Interest Group, the Editorial Freelancers Association, and the International Association of Professional Writers and Editors.
I prepare professional, quality back-of-the-book indexes for both academic and trade books with a focus on the liberal arts/humanities and popular culture. I look forward to working with you in these final stages of your book—and congratulations!
Subject Specialties: religious studies, light philosophy, writing, politics and political science, culinary arts (including cookbooks), film studies, history, LGBTQ+ studies, popular culture, light psychology, and pretty much anything intended for general audiences. This list is meant to give you a general idea of my specialties, but if your book is about something not listed, or if you have any other questions, please feel free to ask.
